Quotes are estimates based on the vehicle, route and details you provide. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary if the vehicle condition or details differ from what was shared.
You must provide a valid ID proof and your vehicle's RC (registration certificate) copy at both pickup and delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to weather, road conditions or other factors outside our control.
A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment (if applicable) is received. The balance is payable at delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Every booking includes transit insurance covering damage or loss while your vehicle is in our custody. Claims must be reported at the time of delivery with supporting photos/documentation.
You may cancel a confirmed booking by contacting us before pickup. Refund of any advance paid is subject to how close to the pickup date the cancellation is made.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
